Always ensure you post the match card within two days of the match

Home clubs are responsible for pitch marking, erection of posts and goal nets and supplying two regulation matchballs. Pegs must be used to restrain nets at ground level.

Each club is responsible for providing a linesman, who will act under instruction from the match official.

Home club secretaries must hand the referee the fully completed match card at least five minutes before kick off. Only substitutes named on the match card will be allowed to take any part in the match. Each club secretary's name and address must be entered on the card.

On the match card each club must enter the name of the referee, indicate all goal scorers and give the referee a mark out of 10.

In the event of a colour clash the away team must change.
